General Consultation (option for virtual or phone)

Interested in receiving some bodywork but not sure where to start? Want to know what lymphatic drainage actually is and ask all of your questions before booking an appointment? I've added this complimentary consultation to my booking menu as an opportunity to meet and make sure we are a good fit before you begin treatment. I offer a wide range of services from traditional sports style massage therapy and aesthetic lymphatic massage to help my clients feel better in their bodies. I look forward to hearing about your goals for treatment and sharing more about how I can help. If you're nervous about getting your first massage or lymphatic treatment, starting with a consultation may allow you to feel more at ease, as I will be less of a stranger and you will know what to expect from your session. Please make a note if you prefer a virtual or phone meeting, or if you would like to come into my office for your consultation. In office, if time allows, there may be an opportunity to begin treatment or try a sample session of recommended modalities. Please allow up to 15 minutes for us to talk and mutually ask questions. This booking is completely free and does not require a deposit or credit card hold. For cancellations within 24 hours and no-call/no-shows, a $25 deposit is required to reschedule.
