Upcoming or recent surgery? Dealing with fibrosis, dense scarring , or range of motion issues from a surgery 6+ months ago? Finding the right post op lymphatic care and bodywork provider can be crucial for your recovery and peace of mind. It is important that you have an understanding of my process and what I am able to safely provide for you BEFORE your first visit, as I work rather differently than many other providers and what you may be seeing on social media. If possible, i recommend having your consultations, choosing your care provider(s) and booking all of your appointments BEFORE your surgery. Frequent, consistent care is highly recommended during 0-6 weeks post op, and navigating finding the right provider and scheduling can be difficult and stressful when you are in pain during your recovery. This free consultation is an opportunity for me to learn about your case, and for you to learn about my typical post op treatment plans and what sets me apart from other providers. Please allow up to 15 minutes for us to chat and mutually ask questions. Please make a note if you prefer a virtual or consultation, or if you plan to come into my office. In-office consultations include a short treatment demo and are my preference for assessing your stage of healing and my preferred approach. However, I recognize it is not easy to get around fresh out of surgery, and a brief phone call can definitely suffice to connect and make sure I am able to provide you with the care you are seeking. This booking is completely free and does not require a deposit or credit card hold. For cancellations within 24 hours and no-call/no-shows, a $25 deposit is required to reschedule.
