Exilis uses clinically proven monopolar radiofrequency technology to improve collagen production, aiding in the tightening of skin and improving texture. 4-8 weekly or biweekly sessions are recommended for best results. Collagen production takes time, and results will be best several weeks or even months after your treatment. This treatment feels like a hot stone massage that gets a little spicy sometimes. We will communicate to keep the temperature within your comfort level. There is no downtime, but expect a bit of redness for an hour or so after your treatment, and you'll need to avoid sun exposure, tanning beds, and heat like saunas and hot tubs for about 48 hours. This treatment cannot be done over tattoos. Please HYDRATE the day before, day of, and day after your visit. Take your weight in pounds, divide it in half, and that is the minimum of how many ounces of water you should drink daily during your treatment window to keep the service comfortable and effective. There must be NO HAIR in your treatment area (peach fuzz is okay). I am not licensed to remove your hair, so please shave before your visit if necessary!
