Integrative Post Op care to assist with your recovery, ongoing swelling and comfort.  

Consultation recommended but not required for new clients 6+ weeks out from your procedure(s).  New clients: please fill out your intake form before your appointment, which will be e-mailed to you upon booking.  

At the later stages of your surgery recovery, it may be appropriate to use modalities such as scar tissue mobilization, cupping, massage with firmer pressure, in combination with manual lymphatic drainage and other lymphatic drainage techniques.  I do treat scar tissue and fibrosis with various manual therapies, and these techniques can be helpful even years after your procedure.   

30 minute sessions are appropriate for a brief intro to myself and my approach, as well as regular work post face-lift, or for direct, targeted work towards small areas of concern.  For multiple treatment areas or full body work, please book 60 or 90 minutes.   

Depending on your recovery, typically clients taper to visits every other week or monthly at 12+ weeks.  However, if there continues to be a lot of dense swelling or areas of concern, more frequent visits may be recommended.  

This is not the Brazilian Lymphatic Body Sculpting Massage.  It is typically safe for clients to receive this work at 12+ weeks, but this 12+ week Post Op treatment is more directed towards areas of dense swelling, scar tissue mobilization and general recovery support.  

NEW cancellation policy: For cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged a $25 fee.  This can be put towards a future service in the event of illness or emergencies.  For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the full service price.
