***I am not currently accepting new insurance clients, other than MVA.  There is substantial administrative time required for new insurance clients and I am at capacity for this.  Please e-mail me at anna.vitalspark@gmail.com with some basic information and your insurance plan name to be added to my waitlist, and I will let you know if space opens up.  Depending on your plan, you may be able to use HSA or submit your receipt for reimbursement after paying out of pocket***

Current clients, please know it is your responsibility to keep track of your benefits and in some cases physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are shared between your allotted number of massage visits per year.  If claims are denied due to change in coverage or maxed out benefits, you will be required to pay my full billed rate - $200/hr out of pocket.

Insurance massages are a 60 minute total visit - about 50 minutes of table time.  You may upgrade to 90 minute sessions with a $55 out of pocket fee, if time allows.

NEW cancellation policy: For cancellations and reschedules within 48 hours, your card on file will be charged a $25 fee.  This can be put towards a future service in the event of illness or emergencies.  For same day cancellations and no-shows, your card on file will be charged the full service price.
